If the middle fork + switch is positioned 180 degrees so that it extends to the left then there will be room for unloading platforms and buildings.

I got them this morning (it's already 2:36 PM in France). These 50' boxcars are made by Mehano in Slovenia. They looks like Tyco rolling stock.
The second photo shows the last version of my layout. As usual, all your comments, advices and criticisms will be very appreciated.

I slightly modified the track plan. Then I found that I can run 50' boxcars everywhere on the layout.
