Probably will not increase in value. Not much demand for those models.

Not the only business to disappear in Lake George.

Trains use to bring travelers to the lake.

Very nice addition, WKS. Although I never intended it to be so, I spent more time traversing over and around that lake than I would have ever guessed. Getting to the other side, somewhere at the north end, one took an old landing craft to shave hours off the detour. I was driving a fully loaded tractor trailer rig, at the time, and the old girl hardly shrugged under the weight. Once away from shore, the white caps were breaking over the bow, giving us all a free car wash.
In younger days, I spent several days canoeing some of its length, and camping by night. Thanks for the memories, and an interesting history.

Yes I also visited Lake George and have pleasant memories. The train station is still there. I have no photos.
Interesting drone video of the station tower.

You can easily afford this Ben. A possible investment.

You can still take a train ride near the lake.

I doubt it - HoJo has been out of the mainstream picture a long time. Most people don't even know what a HoJo is these days.
