Should the car clearly labeled "Do not hump" be rolling through the retarders in a hump yard?

I think shaggy has it. Scale test cars should always be handled with care, because they are used to calibrate the scales and must be of a known weight.

Yup, that is correct, that car has no business rolling down the hump. I mean how much bigger do they have to make the "DO NOT HUMP" stencil?
