In the Tyco 1982 catalog, the GM&O GP20 in the separate sale locomotive section has been illustrated with mixed truck frames. The frames on the front are C430/RF-16, and the frames on the back are Blombergs. Purposeful, or accidental? And if anyone has a GM&O GP20 in this description, please post a photo of it down below.

When Tyco does a blooper, they really do a blooper. If you look carefully, you will see the front driver is off the rails in one brief segment. It's on the Chatanooga commercial. Good eye, I would never have caught that. My parody:

Kind of interesting how Tyco manages to make mistakes, rather it's in their catalogs or in their advertisements. One example: The tyco Santa Fe RF16 sample had both of the pairs of contact wheels on the same side. There's many more to count though.

That doesn't surprise me. All diesel trucks, no matter if they were 4 wheel or 5 wheel, used the same PowerTorque block, so it stands to reason the sideframes were interchangeable.
