I just noticed for the first time, and I have had it for a few years,
the "decals" appear to be cut from some material and glued on.
The edges are clearly visible, in this angle.

Still, it is a nice looking engine and would go well with the Ginger Ale flat (I think) car. The one with barrels on it.
