Behold, Ephrata Valley Railroad's 4-6-2 #54! This modified Mantua Pacific features a feedwater heater (brass), flying air pumps (from a junk Bachmann 2-8-0,) front-mounted bell (from a junk Rivarossi Docksider,) and feedwater heater piping made out of thin insulated copper wiring. This is the 3rd and last Pacific that will serve the EVRR, and is certainly the most detailed steam locomotive I've made yet! #54 will be used for both freight and passenger service.

The classic Tyco F7 in PC colors...with a twist. The shell is crammed on to a trimmed down fly wheel chassis Model Power. The shell rides a little high, but it purrs like a kitten for nice smooth running, as can be seen in the latest video: "Rules of the Road."
