Hey Buss, it comes with 4 pre printed title s but also individual letters so you can make your own.

My BOTW is the Tyco Church that was new in box. (old photo) Somehow over the years I lost the cross on top. About a year ago I paid $20 for another church to trade the steeples on for the cross..

As mentioned I have this large section and never planned for what would be where the Motel & Exxon building is sitting. Recent thoughts are buying the AHM, Bakery and Weekly Herald builings and putting them there. Then do the nessasary detailing around them.
