Finally got the Tyco Ore Unloading Car accessory, with the hard-to-find DT&I operating hopper!! MIB. Not exactly sure where this will be placed on RETRO TYCO yet.

I love mine! The glossy black paint is gorgeous. Only problem was the coal load with mine was an afterthought and is hardly meant for this car. The pellets were way too small. I didn't open it as I didn't want to have a big mess on my hands...

Yes, I agree on both points. The "prestomatic" Tyco ore dump car accessory I have installed is littered with bits of ore all around it, from when the car was unloaded the last time.

This is the only Tyco remote piece that I like. Have never liked them even as a kid. I have thought many times about buying the DTI version. But have not forced myself to buy it yet.

Exceptional piece, nice find.

I have turned my attention to "Henley," again, spending some time with some new favorites, and old.
This is a British Fox Hunt. Most of the time, these days, they pursue Nessie.

My AOTW is a Shinohara double crossover When I first saw one of these, I knew I had to have it!
