I'm in the mood to watch some new train related movies and shows,
And share some of my favorites as well!

What's everybody's favorite train related movies and shows?

My favs have to be:
THE TRAIN (Movie), 1964
Petticoat Junction (Show), 1963
The Great Locomotive Chase (Movie)
Runaway Train (Movie)
The Galaxy Railways (Show/Anime)

If you haven't seen these I reccomend checking them out!
The galaxy railways is not as full on train geared, but it's got a big boy that flies through space that shoots lasers from an armored coach.

C'mon, how cool is that?

I'm going with The Silver Streak! Richard and Gene made quite the good duo.

My favorite train film has got to be The Polar Express - nothing beats it in my opinion.

I remember that movie of the week back in 1973. Runaway ski train with frozen brakes.
The railroad company had one of their new engines trail the runaway train until it coupled
to the back of that train. Stopped the train before reaching the bumper.

Not a train movie but it still has classic but brief train scenes.
Spawned over thirty sequels. They do not make movies like this anymore.
