Set at top of page. This is from the 1977 Sears wish book.

You're probably not going to be able to find this particular set however it's contents are very common items. The engine is like 20 - 50 dollars depending on box and condition and the freight cars are 3 - 5 dollars a piece. The locomotive is the 2-8-0 tender drive in ATSF.

Here's one for 20 dollars: http://www.ebay.com/itm/MANTUA-TYCO-2-8-0-Steam-Loco-Runs-Well-Lights-Smokes-Santa-Fe-Sharp-/322373101461?hash=item4b0eef2795:g:BVgAAOSwa~BYZFrd

Yeah, I figured I would have to be pretty lucky to find that set. I had it when I was a kid. A poster on this site found one a few years ago on ebay. Here is his:

Except for it looks like Sears included the Royal Blue locomotive in his set. They even have a note in there about that.

Camp out on ebay! They turn up from time to time. I want the Royal Blue deluxe set from that same time frame. That was my first train set as a child. Not many are out there that have all the boxes ect. Mike
Still NT's, I have Aspergers.

Looks like Sears answer to the Chattanogga

A boxed set will be tough but items loose should not be a problem
