A PSC HOn3 Colorado and Southern 2-6-0 #9. It had the Burlington Route herald on the tender for the 1959-1960 Rail Fair. It C&S was under CB&Q control until the railroad ended narrow gauge operations.

actually C&S was under control of CB&Q then BN in 1970 until 1980! thats why you saw BN locos with C&S still on them!
