http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lionel,_LLC
"As of July 2013, Mike has moved to Lionel offices in Concord, North Carolina, and Phil Hull is head of operations in Ohio. Despite briefly affected operations, preventing replacement parts from being shipped until at least the end of August of that year."

Hey, that's right in my backyard and I had no clue!

I want to collect Lionels from 1969–1986 Since most don't like that era of Lionels hehe Hey its the 1st one I had which was The Rock Island Line That one came with thin cardboard bridge, station & Tunnel See how CHEAP that is? Real Lionel from before 1969 & after 1986 would of had plastic or metal bridges or plastic tunnels or buildings

Lionel is making Nascar die-cast stock cars, they replaced the previous licensee. Which I suppose is good, given they expected Dale Jr. Daytona 500 cars to set a sales record.
