Nicely done. Reminds me of the PRR six-axle sharks, but those were single ended. -Thomas

Those were never made, but, THAT looks awesome in B&O passenger livery, something you got Ken? o_O
I have to say it is nicely executed tho! I have to say, It would have been AWESOME to see a B&O RP-16 (I think) OR a BP-16......a 6 axle "Shark"

*** Didn't Baldwin made there RF16 diesel with the identical drive and 2 different bodies? The shark nose and the Baby Face. They were the same diesel on the inside and different only in their appearance. Now the doublender was made by Baldwin for the CNJ. I would guess the Baldwin could have easily made the Shark Nose version as well but for some unknown reason didn't. Only someone from the Baldwin sales department would know. frank

Frank, The Baldwin "Babyface" was a DR-4-4-15.....1500 Horsepower, where the RF-16 "Shark" was 1600 HP.....
I never cared for the "Babyface" but I have ALWAYS liked the looks of the Sharks, whether the RF-16, or the DR-4-4-15......I seem to have something against the F units, to many of them around and commonplace....................unlike the Sharks.
BUT, the "Babyface" was Baldwin's "stand up and fight EMD's F units" try against them to win the motive power race back then.....As we all know EMD won! I actually believe Baldwin sold more of the Sharks then the Babyface!

Now, imagine that (modified however it needs to be to fit) on a GG1 chassis. It'd be sort of like a Baldwin Centipede, but with cooler looking lines.
