The blue and yellow one is made by Kader for Bachmann. They're pretty good runners, but have some zinc pest issues sometimes. The other black one is also I believe an early Bachmann pancake motor unit. Not a greatly reliable base, but if it runs OK now, you can use it til it breaks. Motors are hard to get any parts for, as are the gears for them inside the power truck. Once it breaks, make it a siding queen. Not worth fixing. The Kader, however, can be fixed and is decent if no zinc pest in the metal is present.
