Nope. Just a special promo set by Mantua, as far as I know. It was released by Mantua later on, once they split from Tyco.

It’s one of those weirdo Mantua “special” sets they made. They done several others like this. I remember seeing one was some sort of football(no, not the common one with the GP-20 you’re thinking of) and there was another that ended up going for big bucks.

Mantua during this time was weird. I’ve always wanted to get my hands on one of those locos to see what’s inside.

The history of Mantua-Tyco leaves me dizzy. Then we add in
General Foods and Pemco, for good measure. Love Pemco.
If I could, I'd collect anything Pemco.
