"A lot of modellers out there who go to these train shows see broken HO stuff and go, 'This is useless' when, in reality, they can still be used for modeling whether it's as a prop on your layout or a cool project to make something old new again."

Nice haul, and for $50 too! I also have a wife (and inlaws) who will buy me trains. I count us lucky, you and me!

All for $50?

$50 would have gotten you the Santa Fe U-Boat alone!

She did well. How big a bouquet of flowers are you getting her? Go bigger.

John

I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out.
"I love your catenary!"
Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

The ONLY car I want to get is the 0805-1 RADIOACTIVE WASTE CAR!

I was thinking
Did this car always have one container?
Can you put on 2 more?

Yes, it always had one container....and no, you can't put on 2 more. Not without modifying the construction, that is...which is of course always possible
