Call me crazy, but I absolutely love that Sean! Probably because my favorite color is orange.

Going miniature this week is my LOTW offering, a Jordan shell on a Bachmann gandy dancer chassis. Doesn't run well, needs some gear work and more weight ( that will be tough! ), and about as small as an N gauge engine, but a fun little critter at the same time.

It looks like there would be a little room for weight in the ends of the hoods. Also, it would probably be possible to add a heavy metal plate as a pilot under each end beam. Of course, these would have to be attached without shorting across the halves of the chassis, but it could probably be done and any amount of added weight dramatically improves that old handcar.

An 0-4-0 saddle tank booster, lettered for the Esquimalt & Nanaimo (also my initials). Not a lot of Tyco info. on this one. When was it made? Evan

That's obviously a kitbashed Booster 2 cataloged between 1968 and 1977 so almost 10 years.Anyway, my LOTW is an N scale Arnold Rapido Baldwin Switcher in New Haven livery made between 1963-1964.

Yeah, and the best part about this piece of N scale history is that I got it with three N scale freight cars that came with it originally (including the broken caboose) for $15.

Jerry, you could "cheat" and power a freight car and keep them coupled together all the time.

Finally, some results on this work in progress, dual Chattanooga GP-20s, less railings on the dummy. I hope to have metal railings installed on both the engine & dummy soon!

What a gorgeous model, wks. I've always had a thing for those New York Central Hudsons.

Thanks to a little help from my friends. NC Shortlines graciously sent me an extra powered GG1 truck and my bud Moose Yarborough installed it 'cause I have so little free time. Now this Tyco went from a weak sister to a haulin' mama, seen here ripping through the Permian Basin hauling a vintage fleet of Am-Coaches. Rarely seen in the Texas plains, but hey, itsa Tyco. And yes, for those of you in the Peanut Gallery, that would be Mt. Air Conditioner in the background.

My LOTW is this Rock Island Tyco C-430 in custom paint that I recently picked up with several others at a swap meet. Needed a good cleaning but it is a good runner!
