http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kadee-No-5-two-pair-with-draft-gear-magne-matic-couplers-sealed-HO-scale-/331250157886?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item4d200c493e

I sent a message to this guy saying I didn't want the couplers but I would buy a pound of what he is smoking...

Good Gravy!! You can't even give him the "must have missed a decimal place" pass on that one!

Is it collectible??

Yikes. He's collected a lot of negative feedback, too.

Sure did. Check this one out I copied from the seller's feedback:
Item does not work, seller accepted return, but now will not refund money.

Kept the item and the money. Nice.

Unspoken expectations are premeditated failures.

Too add to the lunacy, the envelope still has the $2.95 price sticker, as if to confirm that yes - you are being gouged beyond your wildest dreams!

Perhaps the Lionel ruler in the picture contributed in some way?

No kidding, man.I mean really, what the heck do these people think when pricing these things?! I can understand a mistake in pricing or something like that, but if that's the case, the seller would know it by now.

"A lot of modellers out there who go to these train shows see broken HO stuff and go, 'This is useless' when, in reality, they can still be used for modeling whether it's as a prop on your layout or a cool project to make something old new again."

I used to own a Sinclair station and in the store I had one ordinary everyday 20 ounce of Coca Cola in a glass display case. I put a $1,000,000.00 price tag on it.

When people asked me how many I expected to sell at that price, I simply told them... "I only need to sell one."

I don't know how someone collects that kind of feedback and still has an eBay account.
