I used to live in Saint John, New Brunswick where they made these cars. They were quite the car in their day but never caught on, died a quick death.

John "Video Ghost Buster" fashioned us a fine little mini cam that sits in the head light hole of an F unit that transmits an engineer's view of the HO layout to a television monitor. It consumes 9 volt batteries, stored in the video engine, and is a dummy requiring a pusher unit. Like all John's work, it is meticulous and reliable. This is a real crowd pleaser during open house during National Model Railroad Month in November.

Besides being a crowd pleaser, these cameras are handy, on a large layout, for finding fallen-off parts and other hidden problems in tunnels.

The wording is ambiguous. Is it the store or the antiques that are new?

Well come to think of it, some of these antique stores do in fact have 'new' antiques but price them like old ones!

That camera deal is pretty cool. I was at a train show Saturday and one of the modules was a drive-in movie theatre setup. A cartoon was playing on the screen and there was a playground at the front below the screen. Just like the real deal.

Oh ya! There was this one dude at my local train show that had an H0 scale drive-in movie theater that had Thomas The Tank Engine playing on it on his layout. It was pretty cool and used a similar concept to the train camera which I've also seen at train shows.

Life-Like flashing light storage tank...

It's using one of those tall skinny incandescent bulbs that blinks on and off. How long do those bulbs last? (If it burns out, I can probably replace it with an LED.)

well its silly with that long bulb in it cause it will light up the whole tower!
I suggest modifying it by removing that red lens on the top & replacing it with a blinky LED

I love that bus, wks. The weird thing is that the bus driver is actually bigger than the bus in terms of scale.

The driver looks extremely befuddled about what the problem is, even to the point of pulling out all his hair over it!
